Most Resident pedestrians are inaccessible by foot to LA’s best resources-jobs, the water– and yet, they pride on individual vehicular mobility. Herein, the pedestrian boards his/her standardized mini electric cart, continues aboard, transitions to a proximate, moving platform which, in turn, is lifted/ dropped directly aboard pausing, high speed, existent rail- this latter accessible to normal pedestrians/ bike-destination the existent ethnic culture, recreational, health and industry center foci–Staying Aboard their original cart! Existent major vehicular thruways can reduce in lanes, encourage low maintenance, canopy growth.
